Fifteen Cornwall

In May 2006 the restaurant Fifteen Cornwall opened in Watergate Bay under the patronage of Jamie Oliver. It is - which is acturally the case for all Fifteen projects - a non-profit organisation. On offer is a fresh, regional cuisine for all occasions, ranging from breakfast over lunch to dinner. Fifteen Cornwall was realised by Absolute Design who put a strong emphasis on elaborating the difference between fine dining and a chip shop by the pomenade. The mural design in the open kitchen and the adjacent bar by A-Sidestudio is a wonderful example of the combination of urban art with modern design.
