Free delivery offer available on all orders over €30. Orders under the minimum order value will be charged delivery of €3 per order.

Home Delivery ...

Your order will be delivered by DHL Paket within 3 working days. This service is only available on orders placed Monday-Friday before 7pm.
Please allow extra days for delivery during German holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time..

Sale Delivery Information ...

During sale periods, please allow 14-21 days for your delivery. Your delivery date will be confirmed at the time of order.

Hermes Packet Shop Delivery Information

Free Delivery on all orders over €30

5 working day delivery to Hermes PacketShop. Delivery times will be confirmed when you place your order.

**Exceptions apply - please allow extra days for local and national holidays and during sale period.

HOW TO:

1) Shop as usual. At the checkout page choose 'PaketShop Collection' and select your chosen collection point. A full list of collection points can be found here: (https://www.hermespaketshop.de/paketshopfinder/int/hpsf.html?)

2) You will recieve a confirmation email or SMS with details of when and where to pick up your parcel

3) Collect your parcel at your convenience. It will be held for 10 days at the local shop before being returned to our depot.

4) Make sure to bring your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid form of personal identification

Returns

You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via the Post Office using the returns label on your delivery note.

All returns are free of charge via the Post Office.

Detach the completed returns note on the right hand side and enclose it, together with your returned items, inside your parcel, then:

1. Peel off the returns label and attach it to the outside of your parcel. The original address label must be removed or covered by the returns label.

2. Take your return parcel to a Post Office free of charge.

3. Remember to obtain a receipt as proof of return and retain until the item(s) have been refunded.

If you have lost your returns label please call us on 0800 589 0746. We can re-produce a returns label which you can then use for your free return.

When will I be credited for the returned items?

It can take up to 14 days from the day that you returned your item(s) back to us to show on the payment method that you used to place your order.
