I've ordered 7 items 2 weeks or so ago. I received 3. There has been no communication from Swetty Betty. No reply to my messages and my local store is unable to help. As a customer I'm not overly concerned about the internal logistics and operational issues. I do expect good customer service and I do expect good communication.
