    NEXT policy on reducing plastic and carbon footprint is a admiral action, however stuffing a delicate pleated dress into a small plastic bag is madness. I'm returning the dress as its so badly creased it looks dreadful and I have doubts that even if dry cleaned it would still be badly creased.
