i didnt know what mum jeans was but i usually wear skinny jeans and wanted something a bit looser (i am 60 now). I love these! i do have to wear a belt as the elastic waist is a bit loose but i could wear these all day long they are so comfortable. The pockets are huge and thats a nice change plus the cargo side pockets are a good size plenty of space for phones and glasses. also a bit of stretch in the material makes them perfect.
