2. Information on the order process

The following explains the steps you can take to place an order on https://www.next.de/en.

a. Shopping bag / order overview
Select the products you would like to order by clicking on the "Add to bag" button. This will place your selection in the shopping basket. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products. This is done by reducing the number of products to "0" by clicking on the minus sign ("-") or by simply cancelling the order process. Clicking the button "Checkout" will take you to the next ordering step.

b. Authentication
You can now log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account or register to create a user account.

c. Enter the shipping address
Now you can enter the details for the shipping and billing address. If you have already entered an address in the past, this step will be skipped. If you want to change the shipping and billing address, you can do so again in the next step.

d. Shipping method
Now you can check the selected products and the address you entered one last time. The shipping and billing address can now still be changed when returning to the last step by clicking the arrow in the left top corner. The quantity of selected products can still be reduced. This is done by also returning to the last step. If any data is incorrect, you can still correct it at this point. To do this, simply click on the bar at the top of the website to go back to the step you want to correct. If you wish to correct input errors after completing the order process, simply send us an e-mail to International_de@nextdirect.com. We will then correct the input errors manually if possible.

e. Selection of the payment method and completion the order
Now you can select your preferred method of payment after clicking on the button “Continue to payment” and pay for your order by entering the relevant payment details. You can complete the order by clicking on the button “Buy now”. Once you have completed your order, you will immediately see an order confirmation.

f. Confirmation after successful order
After you have successfully placed your order, you will immediately receive an overview of your order by e-mail: This e-mail contains the selected products, shipping time, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. In addition, the general terms and conditions, payment instructions and withdrawal information will be provided to you once again.
As soon as we have processed your order and the products are on their way to you, you will receive another e-mail informing you that your order has been completed. With this e-mail, the purchase contract for the items you have ordered comes into effect. A printout of the invoice will be enclosed with your delivery.


3. Available contract languages

The available contract languages are German and English.


4. Storage of the contract text

The text of the contract will be stored by the seller in digital form for the purpose of processing the contract and kept for 3 years. The text of the contract will also be sent to the customer by e-mail immediately after the conclusion of the contract, including all terms and conditions of the contract. Here the customer can retrieve the text of the contract as long as the customer has saved this e-mail in his inbox. Should the customer require the text of the contract after he has already deleted the e-mail, the customer can request the text of the contract within the 3 years from the conclusion of the contract at International_de@nextdirect.com. The provider will then send the contract text to the customer again.

The legal warranty shall be determined without limitation in accordance with the statutory provisions.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution board and we are not obliged to do so.
