I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes online and when I collected them from the store, although the sizes printed on the soles matched what I ordered, the shoes were, in fact, 4 different sizes. The labels inside the shoe showed that the pair marked 13 had one size 13 & one size 13.5, and the shoes marked 13.5 had one size 12 & one size 12.5. Unfortunately this is not the first issue I’ve had with Next online…the quality of the products has definitely gone downhill in recent months.
