I love the look and feel of this shirt. ( hence 2 stars)BUT this has been a disaster from start to finish. I ordered a size L as I'm a 12/14. It was a bit tight. Wanted it to be able to wear a vest at least underneath. So I contacted Next to return. EVRI failed to pick it up repeatedly..( 1/12/23-11/12/23). The people in customer service are very polite and helpful. Unfortunately they have no concept of how things work living in the Highlands. They were good enough to refund the delivery charge and put £10 into my account. After that I thought. I'll try again with an XL shirt. Asked if EVRI could pick up the other shirt when dropping off the original one. They delivered the new shirt. Did not pick up the original. The second shirt was about 3 sizes too small. Much, much smaller than the L. Contacted Next again. Asked if there was any way of returning both shirts other than EVRI. They offered parcel force but as I couldn't spend 2 hours waiting for them to pick it up from my "safe place" we have no parcel shop and it's 3hours to the nearest Next shop they said I could return via post office. I did this and they refunded my postage. The only downside of the good customer service is that to use the refund etc I have to use it to order from Next again!!! A bit dubious. 😵💫
