These are very small made would not even reach my thighs

These trousers are impossible to get on. The description says they have an elasticated waist but they do not. Therefore, unless your hips are the same size as your waist you cannot physically pull them up. I tried my usual size 12 and then a 14 but even the next size up would not go over my thighs. Shame as they look lovely and would have been a very useful purchase.
