I bought the first pair of curtains online and on unpacking found a large dirty mark across one of the curtains. It was obvious from the package that they had been opened so I guess they were returns that should never have been sent out again. They were so tightly packed I was unable to get them back in original pack. I returned them to my local store where the member of staff was more concerned about what she was going to do with the curtains as they were a very large item, an apology and offer to reorder would have been great but it was not to be. I'm disappointed with the return service on this occasion.Ordered myself another pair online and fortunately, this time the curtains were clean. Now hung they look nice, good quality and reasonable price and a good lining. Just a shame about the poor customer service and waste of my time hence 3 stars.
