I bought this primarily for yoga comfort, but as others have also indicated, it is so comfortable I have tended to wear it regardless of yoga. The sizing recommendations are good - S for me at 30E - although in the course of the day I note that things start to droop a bit. I really enjoy wearing this super soft yoga bra. I am XS (34A) and I've got size S, fits well. It's quite thick, so I wouldn't recommend it for high intesity workouts. Good for everyday wear and low intensity workout/yoga. Originally posted on www.sweatybetty.com

This bra is such a winner, I've been wearing it constantly! The fabric is super soft, but holds and supports at the same time. The neckline is super flattering as well.
